• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

• Our team will review your request and send you return instructions.
• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll issue a refund within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
